What payment terms do you follow?
Projects usually start with an advance, with the balance linked to design approval and launch. Exact terms are stated in the proposal.
Do you work with clients outside Ahmedabad and India?
Yes. We serve clients across Gujarat, other Indian cities and abroad, coordinating by phone, WhatsApp, email and video calls.
Design & development
Are your websites custom designed?
Yes. Page layouts are designed for your content and brand. We may build on proven platforms such as WordPress, but the design and structure are prepared for your business.
Who provides the content and images?
You provide information about your business; our team can plan, write and edit page content and advise on photography. Content responsibilities are agreed in the proposal.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes, if your site is built on a CMS such as WordPress. We provide training and a short guide at handover.
Do you make websites in Gujarati or Hindi?
Yes. We build multilingual websites in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
SEO & marketing
Is SEO included with a new website?
On-page and technical SEO basics are included in every website. Ongoing SEO, such as content creation, local SEO and link earning, is a separate monthly service.
Can you guarantee a first-page Google ranking?
No ethical agency can guarantee rankings, because search engines decide their own results. We commit to best-practice work and transparent reporting.
Do you manage Google Ads and social media?
Yes. We plan and manage Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns with conversion tracking and monthly reports.
Hosting, domains & support
Will my domain be in my name?
Yes. Domains we register for clients are registered in the client's business name.
Do you provide hosting and business email?
Yes. We offer Linux and corporate web hosting and business email, or we can deploy your site to your preferred host.
What support do you provide after launch?
Every project includes a support period after launch. After that, maintenance plans cover updates, backups, security and content changes.
