Payments

Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Domain, hosting and other renewals must be paid before their expiry dates to avoid interruption of service.

Ownership

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for the client transfers to the client, excluding third-party software, plugins, fonts and stock media, which remain subject to their own licences. Domains are registered in the client's name.

SEO and marketing results

Search engines and advertising platforms control their own results and policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or lead volumes. Results depend on competition, budget, market conditions and factors outside our control.

Third-party services

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, plugins and advertising platforms are provided by third parties. We are not liable for their outages, policy changes or price changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
